Family Link

- Mrs Riden at Parkwall Primary School (currently on maternity leave so Emma Unthank is covering both sites)
Our family link team are available to listen and support you in areas that may be impacting your child’s happiness, health and wellbeing or learning. Our role is to work alongside and offer support to you as the carer. Together we can discuss any worries or challenges that your family may have or be experiencing. Collaboratively, we can create steps to improve situations, signpost where needed and/or make a referral to an external service. Our family link team work closely with all members of staff, including the class teachers and the inclusion team and we have great links with services in the local area creating a supportive joined up approach to working together.
We can offer support and signpost you for a variety of reasons, including,
- Routines and behaviour at home
- Well-being, self-esteem and building resilience (parents and children)
- Money management and debt
- Family Relationships
- Sleep
- Bereavement and loss
- Parenting
- Toileting
- Housing
