Every Child is Known and Valued
We believe that every child can succeed. Our staff take the time to understand each child’s individual strengths, interests and needs. When children experience barriers to their learning or wellbeing, we work closely with families to provide the right support at the right time.
At Park, inclusion is everyone’s responsibility. Our teachers and support staff work together to make sure that all children, including those with SEND and those who may need additional support, can participate fully in school life.
High Expectations and a Caring Approach
We have high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development, while recognising that children sometimes need different levels of support to achieve their best.
Positive relationships are central to our approach. We want children to feel safe, respected and confident that there is always an adult they can talk to.
Opportunities Beyond the Classroom
We believe primary school should be about much more than academic achievement. Children have opportunities to enjoy sport, clubs, trips, visitors, leadership opportunities and wider experiences that help them discover new interests and develop their confidence.
We work hard to make these opportunities accessible to all our children.
A School That Keeps Improving
Our staff are learners too. Teachers and support staff regularly work together, undertake professional development, share good practice and reflect on how they can make learning even better.
As part of our federation with Parkwall Primary School and the wider Mosaic Partnership Trust, we are also able to share expertise and provide even more opportunities for our children and staff.
